About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow modules, specifically IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer's ServiceNow capabilities and driving digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be part of a team to help our customers realize the value of their investment in the ServiceNow platform. You understand the power of an integrated enterprise through ServiceNow. You are an advocate for optimization of processes by establish a solid foundation to create alignment and optimize IT service delivery and operations.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow workflows.
Maintain and update ServiceNow solutions to ensure they are aligned with changes in our business processes.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve our ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities.
Monitor and analyze ServiceNow usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow Application Engine is a plus.
Strong understanding of IT service management and IT operations management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
