About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced WalkMe Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital adoption platforms, specifically WalkMe, and will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer's digital user experience. The ideal candidate would be someone with a business first mentality to digital transformation. You understand that technology is there to help and augment the user, not the other way around. Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement WalkMe solutions to improve user experience and drive digital adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into WalkMe workflows.
Maintain and update WalkMe solutions to ensure they are aligned with changes in our digital platforms.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve our WalkMe solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams on WalkMe functionalities.
Monitor and analyze WalkMe usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with WalkMe or similar digital adoption platforms.
Strong understanding of user experience design and digital adoption principles.
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
